Whether you're treating someone special or yourself, ordering with us only takes a few minutes. Just follow these easy steps:

1) Choose your bouquet

Browse our curated collection at beyondrose.co and pick from 9-stalk or 18-stalk rose bouquets in up to 2 rose colours, beautifully wrapped in one of 10 exclusive wraps. Select based on your colour preference, occasion, or budget.

2) Customise your roses

Personalise your bouquet with a heartfelt message (max 300 characters) and choose the wrapping colour that speaks to your style. Want to make it even more special? Add curated add-ons at checkout.

3) Write your message

Type a short and sweet note for your recipient and it’ll be printed exactly as written on our premium message card. Prefer to stay anonymous? Just leave out your name.

4) Delivery area

We currently deliver to:

• Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur
• Penang
• Perak

5) Choose your delivery method

6) Pick a delivery date & time slot

We offer same-day delivery if you order before 4.00 PM. Orders placed after that will be delivered the next day. Choose from:

• 9.00AM - 12.00PM
• 12.00PM - 4.00PM
• 4.00PM - 6.00PM

Greyed-out dates are unavailable for delivery.

7) Checkout time

8) Enter your recipient’s details

Fill in your recipient’s full name, address, and contact number carefully. Double-check everything to avoid any delivery hiccups. Pro tip: paste the address into Google Maps to make sure it exists!

9) Payment options

We use HitPay as our secure payment gateway. With HitPay, you can choose from a variety of payment methods, including:

• Debit/Credit Card
• FPX Bank Transfer
• E-wallets

Having trouble with payment? Try a different payment option, or contact your bank to ensure your card is enabled for online transactions.

10) Your contact info

Provide your own details so we can update you via WhatsApp throughout your order journey from preparation to delivery. Don’t worry, your info won’t be shared with the recipient.

At beyondROSE, we take pride in the quality of our flowers and service. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help but you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos that show the problem so we can properly assess the situation.

Refunds or replacements are only considered when we are clearly at fault. This includes cases where the wrong item was sent, the bouquet arrived significantly damaged, the flowers were in poor condition (such as wilted beyond recovery or mouldy), or the order was not delivered due to our mistake. However, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal taste, or situations outside of our control. This includes issues caused by extreme weather, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, the recipient not being available at the time of delivery, or when the flowers have been left at a drop-off point as instructed.

Once we receive your report and supporting photos, our team will investigate and respond within 24 to 48 hours. If we are found responsible, we will offer either a full refund (if the order is unusable or undelivered), a partial refund of up to 50%(if the issue affects only part of the order), or a replacement product, depending on the situation. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Please note that refund requests submitted after 24 hours from the time of delivery will not be entertained, as we are unable to verify the condition of the flowers beyond this window. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we’re committed to making things right whenever possible.
